Below is our overall high level approach and processes that support it:

  1. We start from brief of the project that our clients provide.It covers some of the important details about project, timelines, costing, special considerations etc.
  2. From the brief, we will proceed to plan the sampling process. At this stage, we will develop proto sample based on your brief. Proto sample is a sample develops by our team that aims to focus on the fitting. The sample itself will not use the real fabric. Depending on the delivery schedules we try our best to allow 2 times revision.
  3. Once the above sample is approved, we continue to PO and down payment after which production is initiated
  4. In this step fabrics, accessories and production slot. Meanwhile, we also will create PPS (Pre Production Sample) for you reference. PPS is a final sample that uses real fabrics with fitting that has been approved.
  5. Delivery and logictics are prepared based on the contract agrement and your consignment is delivered to you.
